New reports of looting in Baltimore as National Guard join police patrolling streets

More looting was reported Tuesday morning in Baltimore, after a night of chaos and rioting that prompted the National Guard to swarm in to restore order.

The city was scarred Monday night after rioting and looting, as officials moved to ensure that the lawless behavior that erupted after the funeral of a black man who died of injuries apparently suffered in police custody would not be repeated.
