Gov. Jay Nixon was the most "most derelict governor I've ever seen" in exercising his "duty" during the racial unrest in Ferguson, Missouri, after a grand jury opted not to indict a white police officer in the shooting death of an unarmed black teen who attacked him, former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee said Wednesday on "America’s Forum."
