Snowden calls for global limits on spying

Former National Security Agency contractor Edward Snowden, entertaining questions for two hours in an online chat Thursday from Moscow, called for "a reasonable international norm for the limitations on spying" because national laws won't protect against "indiscriminate surveillance."
He also said he never stole colleagues' log-ins or duped them to gain access to secret files detailing mass-survei
