Houston-area residents allege real estate scam left them in financial ruin

Six people named as creditors told the Chronicle they are grappling with financial ruin and feelings of betrayal after investing with Pratik Gandhi, or with Gandhi and business partner Paul Nguyen, and not receiving their money back. Some said they felt ashamed to speak out about their losses.
