Representative Todd Akin on Wednesday morning took his case for staying in Missouris Senate race to the mainstream media he has blamed for his travails, telling both ABCs “Good Morning America and NBCs “Today show that his decision to defy his partys leadership and conservative cognoscenti was a stand for the Republican voters of the Show Me State.
