Thomas Frank (born March 21, 1965) is an American political analyst, historian, journalist and columnist for Harper's Magazine. He is a former columnist for the Wall Street Journal, authoring "The Tilting Yard" from 2008 to 2010, and founder and editor of The Baffler (which Wikipedia describes as a "left-wing magazine of cultural, political, and business criticism").
