Five new lawsuits accusing Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexual abuse were filed Tuesday by Texas lawyer Tony Buzbee, according to court documents obtained by NewsNation.

One woman alleges that at 18 years old, she was drugged and coerced into performing oral sex on Combs and his bodyguard outside a Halloween party at a New York City nightclub in 2001.

Another woman says that at 17 years old, she attended a Fourth of July party in 2004 where Combs sexually assaulted her while she was unconscious, according to the lawsuit.

Combs and two of his bodyguards approached the victim after the assault and threatened her, telling her that she “would be in danger if she spoke about what had occurred,” stating that he “ran New York and would ruin her,” the lawsuit alleges.
