Fire at Indian Oil refinery kills 1, injures 2, police official says

NEW DELHI, Nov 11 (Reuters) - One person was killed and two others injured in a fire that broke out on Monday at an Indian Oil Corp (IOC.NS) refinery in the western state of Gujarat, a senior police official said.
