An underground fire on Sixth Street in downtown Little Rock on Wednesday evening knocked out power to parts of the surrounding area, officials said. Shortly after 6 p.m., firefighter crews including two firetrucks were on Sixth Street outside the Downtown Little Rock Partnership building as thin white smoke drifted upward from the street past the pedestrian skybridge.
