Hundreds of thousands of Americans are at risk of losing or having to pay back health insurance subsidies from the Affordable Care Act and face a Tuesday deadline for reconciling the problem.
The inconsistencies present a looming headache for next year's tax season, according to tax and policy experts, which is when Americans are expected to have to pay back some or all of any subsidy they got but weren't eligible for.
More than 400,000 people who enrolled in health plans using the federal portal HealthCare.gov have data matching problems...
